love it!

I have used other products for sensitivity and crest with scope was the best tasting and leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean. No problems with sens. since using. I have to use a sensitivity toothpaste every day and this fits the bill!

Tube not good...
Barbara520
I like the toothpaste, but will go back to my previous product because of the tube. It is attractive, but not very easy to use. It is slick and when your hands are wet or even damp, it is hard to hold on to and squeeze. I have arthritis in my hands and this makes it even more difficult to use. Please reconsider the tube design for this product. I would recommend this product to friends, but with a warning about the tube.
Sorry to hear you're disappointed with the design of the Crest Sensitivity Toothpaste tube. Our package team designs our tubes so it's convenient and easy to use. I'm sharing your review with the rest of our team. Thanks!

Unuseable

My dentist had given me a sample of the toothpaste to use which worked fine. However, when I purchased (an expensive) 4.1oz tube, I found I could not get it to come out of the container. I tried running an ice pick into the hole, but only could retrieve a bit at a time on the pick--never could get it to squeeze out. I do not know if all the toothpaste has this problem or if it had been on the shelf at the store too long.
Oh my! We don't expect you to have to use an ice pick to dispense any of our products. I'm sorry you had some Crest in that condition. The shelf life is usually 2yrs, and you can view the embossed expiration date on the bottom of tube where it's sealed (crimped), or the end flap of the outer carton. Regardless of the date, please call the Crest line (1-800-348-5573) so we can replace it for you.

Good product, packaging not so good
red40
The product is very good, I am satisfied with the way it works overall. However the packaging is not good. The tube is too slick, if your hands are wet it is hard to hold onto to squeeze it. The cap being attached to the tube is a good idea but when the tube is almost empty it is hard to use because the cap is in the way. It should be positioned at the side of the tube. It almost always takes two hands to get the toothpaste squeezed out. I do like the product but wish you would take another look at how the tube is designed.
